What to include

• The email address you use for Watchman.
• What you were doing and what happened.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
• If Watchman said Something went wrong, the reference under it, for example Reference 4F2A9C1E. It helps us find the problem quickly.

Delete your account

In Watchman, go to You › Account › Delete account. This deletes your practices, week reviews and every conversation straight away, and your coaches lose access. It can't be undone.

If you can't sign in, email support@keepthewatch.co.uk from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
